IMPROVISE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE

If a campaign approach is not feasible, we offer 120-90 minute Customer Service Workshops.  Participants are led through a series of improv-based exercises geared to develop healthy customer service skills and attitudes. Key areas covered include remaining relaxed, reading and responding to the customer’s body language, and positioning yourself as a consultant rather than a punching bag.  We can customize our workshop to roll-in your current customer service approach and because participants are actively engaged in the learning they better retain the key learning points.
