CUSTOMER SERVICE

Your work-study students are often put in the position of being the first impression for the general public or assisting their fellow students. CSz Chicago can help them serve without being a servant. Participants are led through a series of high-energy, improv-based exercises geared to develop healthy customer service skills and attitudes. The comedy makes our workshops accessible to college-aged participants and the physical activity drives retention of the material.

Key areas covered include remaining relaxed, reading and responding to the customer’s body language, and positioning yourself as a consultant rather than a punching bag.
