CSz Business Chicago makes people better leaders by making them better listeners.  In today’s world of rapid promotions and rule-based cultures, interpersonal skills often go undeveloped.  Lack of these skills will cause a gap in leadership from top down and bottom up.  When instructing leadership, we use BE WITH for participants to model engaged listening behavior and eye-contact during conversation. SPEAK WITH gives participants an opportunity to model behaviors associated with high confidence. WORK WITH engages participants in a group discussion that models traits of “leading up”.  Specific improv-based exercises are chosen following a discussion with one of our instructional designers, but every workshop will touch on the concepts of status, commitment, and engaged listening.


This full-day immersive experience allows participants use improv as a safe metaphor to discuss the real issues facing their team.
