This ‘train the trainer’ course gives your managers new tools to create a fun work environment and go beyond the customer service norm.

Before the workshop, a set of improvisational exercises will be chosen that best fit the goals of your organization. Your front-line managers will be taught how to lead these games with their staff. They will be given key learning points from each game and learn how to evaluate each employees participation in the games. 

These Buzz Sessions can be used to convey important company messages in a memorable manner that will make the employees more willing to take the messages with them throughout the day.
